Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Datrix platform, provided by Datrix Technologies OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with its headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia ("Datrix", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you connect to Datrix. We process such data on your behalf as a data processor, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing agreed in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
Datrix and all associated software, branding, and content remain the property of Datrix Technologies OÜ. These Terms grant no ownership rights.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datrix's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the applicable order form or subscription plan. We may suspend access for material breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
